A collective foundation
What is a Collective Foundation?
Collective pension funds enable independent employers to provide their employees with compulsory and/or supplementary occupational pension coverage.
When an employer becomes a member of a collective fund, a company pension fund is created, which may, in turn, be made up of several pension plans.
The accounts for each company are held separately, and assets are managed independently.
Current situation
FCPE-Pensio was founded in 2003. We currently work with 8 companies, together representing more than 1,000 members, and have total assets of around CHF 90 million.
