The aim of the Collective Foundation FCPE-Pensio is the implementation of occupational pension schemes. It was established in 2003. It has had its headquarters in Lausanne since 1^st January 2009.

The Collective Foundation FCPE-Pensio offers small, medium and large companies the opportunity to have an occupational pension solution that is perfectly tailored to their needs and to provide their employees with social benefits and state-of-the-art solutions and technologies.

Each affiliated company has its own pension scheme. It chooses its pension plan, its reinsurer, its asset management, etc.

With partners of choice, the Foundation offers excellent solutions for asset management and reinsurance of disability and death risks.

The FCPE-Pensio Foundation is independent and belongs solely to its policyholders and beneficiaries. It is not dependent on an insurance company, bank or broker. In this way, it can put all its service providers out to tender. It spends very little on business development, serving its affiliated companies first and foremost. As a result, it is highly cost-efficient.
